From Content Ops to Software QA
I started my career as an Associate Technical Consultant, where I built my technical foundation and gained early exposure to project delivery. From there, I moved into Content Operations, blending QA with digital asset workflows, before eventually finding my true home in Software Quality Assurance. Today, I design test strategies, validate RESTful API tests, and mentor new team members, all while keeping a sharp focus on what matters most: the end user's experience.
